Sri Mahesh Prasad Degree College, Mohanlalganj, Lucknow was established to expand access to meaningful higher education, combining academic discipline with mentoring, values and opportunity.

Rooted in service, growing through education

The college was established by Vidya Bharti Shiksha Sansthan to create educational opportunity in and around Mohanlalganj. It has grown through affiliation, recognition and continued expansion of academic programs.

Sri Mahesh Prasad Degree College was established in Bindaua, Mohanlalganj.

Commerce faculty was established and the college progressed under UGC norms.

The college became associated with University of Lucknow, Lucknow.

Recognition expanded for D.El.Ed. and B.Sc. Agriculture Honours.
